
Just a reminder...
Availability: Contact us at the beginning of each week so we will put your name on a work availability list. If you don't call us, we may assume that you are no longer available for work. If you accept another assignment or take a full time position, please contact us so that we can take your name off the availability list.
Assignment: After accepting an assignment, you will be required to work a full day. Ask for the supervisor's name given to you upon dispatch. When you arrive at your assignment, state your name and that you are an employee of Your Employment Solutions, LLC. At the end of each day, ask your on-site supervisor if they wish you to return the following day. If you have any problems while on an assignment please contact us immediately, stating the problem so that we may react as soon as possible. If it cannot be resolved and you don't wish to continue the assignment, we will find a replacement for you.
Appearance: Remember, you will be judged by your appearance as well as your performance. Please wear appropriate apparel for your assignment.
Office Etiquette: Relax...Relax...Relax! You are capable of handling the office situations that may occur. Be flexible and willing to help co-workers while on assignment. Notify your supervisor when your work is completed and ask for additional work.
Time: You should arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than the agreed time. If you are going to be late, please contact our office immediately so we can alert the customer of your delay. Failure to do so will result in a "No Show". Remember, communication is the key to our working relationship. We understand that emergencies arise, however, the sooner you inform us of the problem, the sooner we can act. If you "No Show", you may be terminated.
Time Slips: You will need time slips each week to record your hours worked. The time slips must be agreed upon and signed by the customer. We cannot pay you without a customer's signature. If there is no signature, it may cause a delay in your receiving your paycheck. Time slips must be in our office by Monday at 12:00 NOON in order to be processed that week. You may bring in your time slip or it can be mailed. However, if you choose to mail them, we are not liable for the delay you may experience. Please make sure that you keep the yellow copy of the time slip. Remember that your time slip is your responsibility.
Paychecks: Your paycheck will be ready in our office on Fridays between the hours of 12:00p.m. to 5:30p.m. For your protection, your paycheck will only be released to you. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you would like to have your paychecks mailed, you will need to sign a "Check Mail Waiver Form". If your time slip was received after Monday at 12:00p.m., then your paycheck will not be available until the following Friday.

Do you need an employment verification? If you are requesting a proof of employment, you will need to contact one of our representatives at (661) 323-9370 or you may fax your request to (661) 323-9371.
Do you have questions about your W2 for 2004? All W2's will be mailed out at the end on January. If you have a change of address, please contact our office so that we can change your information in our database. If you have any questions, you may call our office to speak to one of our representatives or you may submit a request form by clicking on our link below.
Do you need a time slip? You will need to call our office and one of our representatives can fax a time slip to you or you may pick one up. If you choose to have one faxed to you, you must still return the original time slip to us. Remember, if we receive you time slip after Monday at 12:00p.m., your check will not be ready until the following Friday.
