Your Employment Solutions Referral Program Official Rules

To be eligible to participate in the Your Employment Solutions Referral Program:

An eligible “Referred Person” is an individual you refer to Your Employment Solutions for employment opportunities and who:

  1. is a new applicant to Your Employment Solutions; or not currently on assignment through Your Employment Solutions at the time of the referral, and
  2. attends an in-office interview with a Your Employment Solutions staff member.

An eligible “Referrer” is an individual who refers/recommends another person to apply with Your Employment Solutions. Additional qualifiers that must be met by the referrer include:

  1. be 18 years of age or older; and
  2. contact information (phone and/or email) for the Referrer must be provided to Your Employment Solutions via www.youremploymentsolutions.com/refer, www.workwithyes.com, or to a Your Employment Solutions internal employee (branch staff) by the Referred Person prior to beginning an assignment with Your Employment Solutions.

Referral Program $597 Monthly Prize Drawing Rules:

  1. A Referrer is eligible for the $597 monthly contest prize for the month their Referred Person(s) attended an in-person interview with a Your Employment Solutions staff member.
  2. Referrers are eligible to resubmit the names of Referred Persons after 30 days.
  3. Neither internal employees of Your Employment Solutions, nor their immediate family members, are eligible to participate in the Your Employment Solutions Referral Program.

Winner selection and conditions. If all above eligibility requirements have been met, all eligible Referrers will be entered into a random drawing. In the event of duplicate Referred Persons, only the first submission will be eligible and counted.

All winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting and payments. Any prize over $600.00 is subject to an IRS 1099 form.

Winners notification. All winners will be notified using the contact information supplied by the 12th of the month immediately after the contest timeframe. Payout is subject to verification of identity, eligibility, and confirmation of not being an immediate family member of an internal Your Employment Solutions employee. Winners must respond to award notifications by phone or email within five (5) days or payouts will be forfeited in their entirety. Cash prizes, when applicable, will be awarded in the form of a check or direct deposit.

Referral Program $51 Prize Rules:

If the Referred Person is hired by Your Employment Solutions and works 50 hours (see requirements) Your Employment Solutions will pay the eligible Referrer a $51 referral bonus via an Amazon Gift Card.

Requirements:

  1. The Referred Person must be a new employee who has not previously worked with Your Employment Solutions.
  2. The Referred Person must work minimum of 50 hours in the first 2 weeks without absences.
  3. The Referred Person must confirm with Your Employment Solutions they were referred by the Referrer. Your Employment Solutions staff must be notified BEFORE a job offer is made and the Referred Person checks in for screening.

Publicity. Participation in the Your Employment Solutions Referral Progam constitutes permission to use name and likeness of winners in Your Employment Solutions promotional and marketing efforts, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Your Employment Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the contest if, in Your Employment Solutions' sole discretion, it reasonably believes the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest through dishonest acts, fraud, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants or Your Employment Solutions . No prize substitution may be made except at the sole discretion of Your Employment Solutions, and prize(s) are not transferrable.

Right to cancel. If, for any reason, the program is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond Your Employment Solutions' control which, in its sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, Your Employment Solutions  reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest at its sole discretion. All decisions made by Your Employment Solutions shall be final.
