Founded in Utah in 1995, Your Employment Solutions (YES) had the vision to re-create traditional staffing and employment methods. The owners, Reed Laws and Kerry Westenskow, quickly realized that customized staffing was nowhere to be found—no other agency could pivot and adapt to each client’s needs.
YES took that vision one step further by becoming the first of its kind to certify its staffing process, build its own Utah recruiting job board, and own its own criminal background company. Today, that same innovative approach powers YES’s staffing success across the country, without compromising the local service and flexibility we’ve been known for since day one.
